TACTIC is The Authors' Club.  The Investors' Club.  Yup.  BonaFide genius.  Simple math.  Smart + Rich = Beautiful Success.  The club is structured to address concerns of authors and investors; in a way that others are not equipped to handle.  We encourage all people to participate in some form of writing and investing, for the sake of personal identity and purpose.  Who are you?  What are you about?  Will you put your money with your mouth?  All are welcome.  However, the club primarily targets investors who meet eligibility for accreditation.  BonaFide pays you a 10% finder's fee for each referral you bring.

Accredited Investor is an individual who earns at least $200,000 per year or $300,000 jointly with spouse.  Or has at least $1 million net worth.  Or is an executive officer, director, general partner, or related combination thereof for the issuer of a security being offered.
